TABLE MARGARINE MACHINES AND PLANTS

The term "Table margarine or spread" means margarine (the emulsions type "water in oil") commonly devoted to the retail market. It is also used in the confectionery industry and its characteristics are good spreading between 5°C and room temperature, good performance in frying, domestic use (for pastries / biscuits), industrial use and, last but not least, affordability.

EBM is able to provide all the equipment for the entire production cycle starting from the oil storage tank, to raw materials mixing system (Mixing tanks), COIMIX® machine (SSHE - Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger), softeners/plasticizers (Pin Rotor), to the crystal aging device (resting tube) up to the packaging systems of the finished product.
Supplies can be either in individual machines or complete plants with "turnkey" formula.
